Leisuria is a trading name of Shanghai Leshi Ruiju Trading Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us”). This page explains what we do with the information you send us through leisuria.com or by email.
When you use the enquiry form we receive your name, company, email address, country, role, project details and message. If you email us, we receive whatever you include, such as plans, drawings and photos. We do not use advertising trackers on this site.
Only to answer your enquiry, prepare drawings and quotes, and, if you place an order, to manage production, shipping and after-sales support. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without asking.
Where needed to fulfil your project we share relevant details with our partner factories, freight forwarders and customs agents. The form is delivered by Web3Forms, and our email is hosted by Proton. The site is served by Cloudflare. Your information may therefore be processed in China and in other countries.
Enquiries that do not lead to an order are deleted after two years. Order records are kept for as long as tax and trade laws require.
You can ask us at any time for a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. Email [email protected]. If you are in Australia and are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
